How To Vote for Rachel Peters in Miss Universe 2017


The 66th Miss Universe Voting guidelines are out!. Get ready to vote for our very own Miss Philippines Rachel Peters. We’re considered as a powerhouse as well when it comes to voting so this year, let’s claim that again and put our Queen on top.

The official voting will begin on November 20, that’s November 21 of our time (Philippine Time) and here’s how to vote for Rachel.

We can vote 2 ways:
– Via vote.missuniverse.com 10x per day
– Via Twitter using #MissUniverse #Philippines

Miss Universe will create a voting graphics for Rachel and will be posted via Twitter so we need to retweet that.

If Rachel will be part of the Semifinalists, which I’m confident that she will, we need to vote for her as well on each round of the competition. The voting windows will happen on the actual competition (Live Voting) so it will happen quickly and we need to be ready to vote.

We can vote for Rachel during the Live Voting 2 ways:
– Via vote.missuniverse.com 10x per round
– Via Twitter using #MissUniverse #Philippines
– Retweets count

Eligibility: Voting is open to anyone 14 or older.

Timing: TThe Voting Period for the Fan Pre-Vote will begin at 1:00PM ET on Monday November 20, 2017 and end at 1:00PM ET on Saturday, November 25, 2017 (the “Voting Period”). Votes received outside of the Voting Period will not be counted.

How to Vote: There are two (2) ways to vote:

  • Website: Visit vote.missuniverse.com, login and follow the instructions to vote. There is a limit of ten (10) votes per account per day via this method during the Voting Period. You must click on the “Confirm Votes” button for your votes to be counted.
  • Twitter: Submit a tweet or a retweet with #MissUniverse and a contestant specific hashtag announced on the Website. You must have a public Twitter account for your tweets and retweets to be counted. There is a limit of one hundred (100) votes per account per day (retweets included) via this method during the Voting Period.

Only votes that comply with the instructions and these Voting Rules and Procedures will be counted. You shall not use any third party services to vote on your behalf. One or more contestants with the highest number of votes as determined by Administrators during the Voting Period will receive a spot in the Semifinals. The Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to reject votes cast by any individual who tampers with the voting process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

Tweets must NOT contain subject matter which is, in the sole discretion of Administrators, sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (e.g., based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane or harassing. Tweets must NOT include any 3rd party trademarks, logos or slogans or any derogatory references to Administrators, FOX, Miss Universe sponsors or contestants.

The following votes will not be counted, if determined by Administrators in their sole discretion: (a) tweets from accounts less than one (1) day old; (b) tweets from accounts with less than ten (10) followers; (c) tweets from suspected spammers; (d) tweets from location based services; and (e) tweets from automated feed tools.

General ConditionsIn the event the Administrators believe that the operation, security, or administration of the Fan Pre-Vote voting process is impaired in any way, the Administrators may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Fan Pre-Vote voting process to address the impairment and then resume the Fan Pre-Vote voting process; (b) advance the contestant(s) who received the highest number of valid votes at the time of the impairment; (c) utilize solely the judges’ scores to select the contestant(s) to advance; or (d) employ any other fair and equitable resolution determined by the Administrators, in their sole discretion. In the event the contestant(s) with the highest number of votes is unable to move on for any reason, the Administrators may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) advance the contestant(s) who received the next highest number of valid votes; (c) utilize solely the judges’ scores to select the contestant(s) to advance; or (d) employ any other fair and equitable resolution determined by the Administrators. Miss Universe 2017 will be the 66th Miss Universe pageant, to be held on 26 November 2017. The event is scheduled to be held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Iris Mittenaere of France will crown her successor at the end of the event.
